Loving yourself in the mirror...

Teaching women about loving themselves and their bodies is important really important... and to do this often we are told to use a mirror.

Look at your face in the mirror... recognize your features, your expressions, your beauty.

Look at your body in the mirror... learn to accept your flaws and know they are part of what makes you yourself.

Look at your sex in the mirror... know what it looks like and how it works, learn about the pleasure that it can bring you.

Look in your mirrors and tell yourself you are wonderful, you are unique you are beautiful, you are loved.

I know it seems silly... women bent over with hand mirrors talking to their bodies is the content of a thousand jokes.  But loving yourself, that is the content of a million stories, a million poems, a million songs.
